The Facilities Maintenance Support person performs routine cleaning and sanitation of assigned facilities and grounds. Duties include cleaning floors, walls, windows, sidewalks, restrooms, work areas, break areas and public access areas of public buildings to also include snow removal of walkways, building entrance and patio areas and ensuring that ice conditions are treated with salt or sand, may be asked to use truck with snowplow to clear the parking lot. Duties may include removal of waste materials and collection of recyclable materials. Duties may include being observant of potential safety and security problems. Duties may include maintenance, inspections, and recommendations for follow up of grounds, parking lots, eating areas and public places on ADCOM property.
