This lateral position is ideal for professionals with at least 1 year of emergency call‑taking experience who are ready to bring their skills to a fast‑paced, mission‑driven 24/7 communications center.
The role is a strong fit it you have:
- Minimum 1 year of 911 call‑taking experience (required)
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure
- Proficiency with computers and fast-paced call‑taking systems
- High School Diploma or GED
Hiring Bonus Structure:
- $250 upon successful completion of the call take academy, passing the final test and working proficiently in the role.
- $250 upon completing the six-month performance evaluation and meeting expectations.
- $500 upon meeting expectations in their annual evaluation of full-time employment with ADCOM.
