Our meeting will be held by video conferencing. In order to attend, please contact 303-289-2235 to be added to the attendee list and receive an electronic invitation. Please request 24 prior to the meeting date and time. Agenda is preliminary and subject to change by majority vote of the Board at the meeting. NOTICE OF PANNEL INTERVIEWS FOR EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR CANDIDATES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that three or more members of the Board of Directors of the ADAMS COUNTY COMMUNICATION CENTER AUTHORITY (“ADCOM”), State of Colorado, will attend the following event at 9:30 a.m. on April 13, 2026: Executive Director Candidate Panel Interviews. The panelists will include Board members, identified stakeholders, and other selected participants. The Executive Director Candidate Panel Interviews will be held at the Brighton Fire Training Center, 5 Firehouse Rd Brighton, Colorado. Public comment will not be permitted at the event. No action on any ADCOM matter will be taken by the Board at the event.
NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING AND AGENDA
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF A SPECIAL MEETING AND AGENDA of the Board of Directors of ADCOM, to discuss the Executive Director Candidates that participated in the Panel Interviews and any other business which may come before the Board. The Special Meeting is set to begin at 4:00 PM, on April 13 and will include the additional executive session item set forth in the Agenda below. The portions of the meeting that occur before and after the executive session are open to the public.
AGENDA
1. Call to Order.
2. Additions/Deletions/Approval of Agenda.
3. Executive session pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(b) to receive legal advice on any matters relating to the hiring of a new Executive Director.
4. Possible action after Executive Session, if any.
5. Adjournment.
